Our Commitment
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We will show up as scheduled, we will clean up all the dog-droppings,
or you get a refund or an extra visit for free.
Pricing Structure
We believe in being upfront and honest about our fees, we don't like surprise charges and we don't think you do either.

Furry Friends
Each extra medium or large dog is $2.00,
we will include 1 extra, small dog for the regular rate,
each extra small dog is $1.25
Yard
A yard bigger than 5,000 Sq.Ft. but under 10,000 Sq.Ft. will have an extra fee of $3.00.
If you have a really big yard, congrats! We charge $5.00 for each extra 5,000 SqFt above 10,000 SqFt.
We only charge for the area you want us to clean.
No yard or area is too big, or too small.
For reference, 5,000 SqFt is a little bigget then a basketball court.
Most yards fit into our standard 5000 Sq.Ft. packages above.
Discounts
We offer a 5% discount for anyone who is a senior citizen, a veteran, or who has a service animal.
If you are already a customer with DungBusters anything in the Special Event clean up package has a 15% Discount!
First-time Visit
There is a $35.00 charge for the first time we clean your yard.
That first time clean up can be a lot of work, and we usually use two people for it.
If you commit to a subscription or pay in advance we discount that charge.
Payment Plans
Pay as you go, or pay in advance for a discount.
Weekly(1 Week)
Bi-Weekly(2 Weeks)
Monthly(4 Weeks) $5.00 off the first-time visit.
Quarterly(13 Weeks) 5% Discount + $5.00 off first time visit.
Semi-Annual(26 Weeks) 10% Discount + $10.00 off first time visit.
Annual(52 Weeks) 15% Discount + $20.00 off first time visit.
Cancelation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason.
There is no cancellation fee for pay as you go customers.
The 13th Pound
We do our best to work within the budget you have avalible and recomend a plan that suits
the number of dogs you have with how clean you want your yard. If we are consistently picking up over 10lbs
of poop in your yard per visit we will recomend either an increase in visits, or for every pound above 12lbs
we reserve the right to charge a $1 per pound of poop cleaned up.
Transfer of Service
If you are moving within the Smith County area, there is no charge to transfer your service to the new address.
Once you have moved your pets into your new place, we will stop by your old place one more time
to make sure everything is tidy for the next person who moves in.
